GOAL 1: Europe's vision is to provide the necessary support to meet the challenges that people may face in this process (Guidelines for implementing inclusion and diversity strategies in Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps, p. 8) We want to provide access to training and youth exchanges on the issues of social inclusion and exclusion. We believe that the perception of social problems in the EU (migration, economic crisis, social exclusion, discrimination) and the common opinions regarding the ways in which these problems are addressed (increasingly appearing information that the EU is forcing cultural changes that some people are not ready for) society) does not contribute to building a sense of community. The gap between EU member states is growing every year, and the coronavirus has further deepened social and financial divisions. The goal is consistent with the needs we described earlier that we see in the region. IMPLEMENTATION: This goal was pursued by all five mobilities. Each of them discussed European integration, its key topics and problems. GOAL 3: We want to instill the idea of environmental responsibility among young people as part of young people's mobility and organize training courses for youth workers, thanks to which RCW and partners will improve their qualifications. One of the needs of RCW is to shift the organization to much greener development paths, implement rules that will make us more environmentally friendly and train employees in this area. This need will be shared by the partners collaborating on these mobilities. IMPLEMENTATION: Within the project, two mobilities concerned strictly green topics (Back to the roots and Participate green), in all other mobilities these topics were present. GOAL 4: The goal is consistent with the need to tighten cooperation with partner organizations and constantly increase the quality of work with youth. These activities will be part of active participation in the Erasmus organization network. It will invite two new organizations to each event in order to share knowledge and constantly expand the "Erasmus family" IMPLEMENTATION: As part of the project, we cooperated with a total of 30 organizations, including new partners from countries with which we have not worked before, i.e. Norway and Lebanon.
