Objectives

The aim of youth mobilities was to develop participants' competences, broaden their horizons, be more open to diversity, and strengthen young people's self-esteem and agency. As part of the A1 mobility, participating youth from Georgia, Poland, Ukraine and Italy worked together on the relationship between human rights and ecology. The aim of the Exchange was to increase participants' knowledge about human interaction with the environment, its impact on climate change, develop skills in coping with climate anxiety and exchange experiences on taking actions to live in harmony with nature. The result of the activity is a change in the participants' attitudes towards more pro-ecological ones as a result of acquiring new knowledge in the field of ecological education. During the exchange, a participant from the Ukrainian group recorded a video promoting taking actions to protect the environment. She used the knowledge gained during the exchange and conducted interviews with other young people participating in the activity. Moreover, as part of the mobility, participants organized a forest cleaning campaign near the mobility site. As part of activity A2, 25 youth workers discussed the current socio-political situation in their countries and its impact on their daily work. Its aim was to motivate youth workers to reflect on EU values, to take them into greater account in activities co-created for and with young people, and to develop the competences of youth workers working internationally based on the ETS model. The aim of activity A2 was to familiarize youth workers with the 'ETS Competence Model for Youth Workers to Work Internationally', the study '4Thought for Solidarity: Careful consideration of what is needed for the future' and the 'New Solidarity Model'. The result of A2's activity worth sharing is a network of cooperation between permanent partners and co-creating new initiatives together based on European values and solidarity. Activities that are intended to encourage young people to be more active as citizens, take action for the local community and create an open society. The result of action A2 is cooperation with 2 new partners (Greece, Sweden) and joint youth mobility (action A3). As part of Measure A2, a film about the mobility of youth workers was also created. Recipients can find out what the purpose of the training was, what it was about, what issues it raised, but also promote the mobility of youth workers under the Erasmus+ program in general. The aim of activity A3 was to promote European values and solidarity among young people from different countries. This exchange aroused participants' interest in European topics as well as what is happening in the world. It increased the sense of co-responsibility for the shape of democracy, the political and social situation, and also had a positive impact on the development of participants' motivation to take action to change things that do not work in their environment. The result of the increase in youth competences was the creation of a Solidarity Project as part of the EKS program, participants' participation in international projects and local volunteering activities. Another result is a film in which both this particular exchange was presented and youth participation in this type of projects was promoted. A very important result is the Solidarity Project written by people who participated in the A2 activity. The "Solidarity Snowball Effect" project aims to disseminate information about the opportunities offered by ESC and the Erasmus+ program and to integrate local communities. The common result of all our activities is the consistent involvement of disadvantaged participants in our projects. 21 people with fewer opportunities took part in the activities (people from Ukraine, people with disabilities, people struggling with health problems). In particular, the performance of the A3 deserves attention. The participants of the Polish group were people with disabilities (visual and motor). The Youth Exchange was a fully inclusive, solidarity activity. Not only because of its topic, but also because of its inclusive dimension. Every day, young people learned openness, confronted stereotypes and tested their attitudes. Participants learned how to support people with disabilities without stigmatizing them. It was a very valuable experience also for the entire organization. All these elements contributed to achieving the results expected at the application stage.
