The Tarnów Project Association has many fields in which it undertakes activities. However, many of them coincide with the objectives of the Erasmus+ program. One of the goals, which, despite the implementation of many activities, does not cease to be valid, is to increase the activity and mobility of young people living in the Tarnów region. Information about the projects implemented by us has already reached many thousands of people. Currently, the association's fanpage is observed by more than 2 thousand Facebook users, and the number of views of some posts exceeded this sum several times. In addition, many times our activities have been described in the pages of regional and local newspapers with a circulation of several thousand. We cooperate with some of these newspapers on a permanent basis. Moreover, the promotion of the Erasmus+ program is also carried out on a large scale by other entities, schools, NGOs, but also by the National Agency itself. Despite the fact that, as a result of these activities, the Erasmus+ program is widely known among young people, and the participation of young people from the Tarnów region has increased significantly, we still believe that it is too low. This state of affairs causes a great many young people to miss a unique opportunity to take advantage of the whole range of benefits it brings. Hence, we formulate our first goal in such a way and not in another. The second objective, to some extent twinned to the first, is to engage and increase the mobility of youth workers. It happens very often that young participants in Erasmus+ mobility projects, as a consequence of their experiences in non-formal education, decide to start an activity involving youth work. Many members and associates of the association Project Tarnow have traveled such a path. However, there is also a very large group of youth workers who have never been in contact with youth worker mobility projects. To some and to others, therefore, we address this branch of our activity, standing on the position that these projects provide an incredibly great opportunity for development on the path of youth work. The third goal that binds all our activities together and from them is the broadly defined institutional development of the association. Under this term is the professionalization of the association, the development of members, the improvement of the quality of the activities carried out and the development of a network of partners both foreign and domestic. This aspect is extremely important, if not essential, to ensure the continuity of activities over the next few years, as well as to significantly improve the quality of these activities. Such development goes hand in hand with increasing the intensity of implemented activities and results in multiplying their tangible results.
