Through the implementation of the project, we wanted to carry out a series of activities aimed at gaining knowledge, skills and experience necessary for the formation of pro-social attitudes. In addition, it was important for us to carry out activities that assumed the active participation of young people in decisions and undertakings at the local, regional, national and European levels. Nowadays, soft skills are extremely important and desired by employers, so it was extremely important for us to offer innovative knowledge and tools that will allow young people to educate themselves in this area. Thanks to this, young people will also develop entrepreneurial attitudes that will allow young people to become social participants and active citizens. During our activities, we want to educate young people on all elements related to project management. Through interactive lectures, discussions, debates, simulations and activities, the youth were to work on creating a series of short films on topics related to gender equality and equal rights and opportunities. As part of the project, we wanted to achieve the following goals: 1.Development of youth leadership attitudes. 2.Development of civic attitudes among youth and society 3.Activities aimed at the acquisition and consolidation of soft skills/competencies by young people 4.Development of entrepreneurial attitudes among youth and society 5.Project Management education, transfer of practical skills related to Project Management 6.Promoting the use of innovative tools in education and innovative methods during project implementation/ inclusion of new technologies, development of new technologies in education, 7.Working for gender equality in the labor market 8.Improving and quality of education, skills to facilitate the start in the labor market, development of education 9.Promotion of interculturalism 10.Promoting European values, promoting active European citizenship and raising European awareness
