We primarily wanted to implement activities related to the 11 Youth Goals, in particular in the areas of: Connecting the EU with young people, Inclusive societies, Mental health and well-being, High-quality learning, Space and participation for all, European organizations and programs for youth. First of all, we worked to: -Strengthen the Foundation's position as an expert in the field of youth work, which was facilitated by mobilities ensuring closer cooperation with other organizations, increasing the competences of specialists working with youth. By implementing two training courses for people working with youth (concerning leadership roles and creative work methods in non-formal education), we expanded our partner network with new organizations with which we could exchange best practices and refreshed cooperation with previous partners. Thanks to them, our employees, volunteers and teams of our partner organizations were able to learn new work methods and strengthen competences useful in achieving their statutory goals in everyday activities: digital, leadership, civic, management, communication, caring for well-being, non-formal education, creating creative activities with young people. -Increase awareness of the value of mental health, promotion of preventive and assistance offers - through the implementation of projects educating employees and promoting mental health among young people. Activities in projects regarding the areas of young people's well-being and their support system. Aware of the increasing challenges faced by employees and youth leaders and people performing various functions related to leading teams, who are among the first groups at risk of burnout, we organized training to strengthen their competences, including: with skillful management of yourself and teams, as well as your own and others' well-being - "Lead the Change", in which we focused on leadership, advocacy and support competencies for maintaining good mental health. The second training, i.e. "Creactivities", also focused on supporting youth workers in the implementation of tasks related to the European Youth Goals, including taking care of their own well-being and the well-being of those under their care, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, while expanding the range of non-formal education methods about new, qualitative creative tools and forms using art, games, movement and nature. The exchange served this cause because the young people focused on strengthening their psychosocial competences, which ensure resilience and strengthen the good functioning of the individual and society. During each project, participants have the opportunity to face difficulties at work and in life, exchanging experiences among specialists and presenting them with methods we know and their practical applications. -Strengthen digital competences as competences of the future among people participating in mobilities - by using digital tools during training and exchange, taking care of cybersecurity and critical thinking in the use of social media, and saving the environment thanks to activities and materials in electronic form. -Strengthen the position of young people, their international cooperation and increase their participation in democratic life - through the "Lead the Change" training and the "Social Game Masters" youth exchange, we encouraged participants to become more involved in social life, developing their civic attitudes. The use of games in "Social Game Masters" allowed young people to strengthen the development of psycho-social and intercultural competences and critical thinking, and were also a means to understand their role in society. democratic. The majority of the group were people with fewer opportunities, so the exchange was empowering for them, increasing their knowledge of the EU's opportunities. We have also strengthened young people and their position indirectly by strengthening the leaders who work with them. “Lead the Change” was an important element of active participation in democracy - they have an influence on the creation of youth communities and their participation. So we have prepared a group to promote young people's active participation in democratic life. We helped them by providing work methods useful in activating young people, encouraging them to participate in decision-making processes, structured dialogue, advocacy and activism. Our mobilities also created a space for information exchange and dialogue on inclusivity, mental health, the situation of young people in individual countries, their employment and democracy. Thanks to multiculturalism and participation in the Erasmus+ program itself, young people and youth workers identify more with the values of the European Union.
