Objectives

In these uncertain times, we want to share our common experiences of dealing with stress related to the political, ecological, health and economic situation of each of us. With the problems of violence, the lack of a solid and trustworthy message about the future of the planet - the future of employment and education or travel opportunities. How to deal with emergency situations? During a short survival school course in nature, we will show you simple ways of self-defense, the rules of surviving the night in difficult conditions or finding water, edible plants, etc. During workshops and debates on online threats, we will work out common methods of verifying the information obtained and ways of peacefully resolving conflicts by understanding the opponent's arguments and finding common elements of agreement. We provided information on sustainable development and pro-eco thinking to speed up the process of changes taking place in our countries - especially post-communism, related to the implementation of renewable energy sources, etc. We engaged local communities - as an element of project dissemination, in debates and actions promoting environmental protection, sustainable development , building tolerance, empathy and social inclusion and world peace. The escalation of hostilities in Ukraine slightly changed the profile of our Flash Mob because the youth decided to create slogans and routines aimed at drawing attention to their pro-peace attitude.Posters were made for "Make Love Not War" etc. By eliminating small conflicts at the level of the family - school or housing estate, we learn to solve larger problems and build a better future for young people. During our performance we had to deal with a conflict situation - an intoxicated resident looking for a conflict. Fortunately, the local authorities were watching and everything ended positively and we had another chance to practice negotiations and "peace efforts". With our activities, we want to convey the European values promoted through the Erasmus+ project and encourage new participants to take advantage of the opportunities to work and study on an international scale. We want to promote non-formal teaching methods as an alternative to formal education, allowing us to broaden the horizons of our knowledge and skills. We want to help to include our disabled participants in the process of creating and participating in youth exchanges. We will communicate the principles of gender equality and human rights related to the current situation. Arouse empathy and social commitment among the participants of the exchange - their friends and the local community. Another aspect of our project is to awaken the spirit of entrepreneurship among young people. A very important element is to stimulate self-confidence and motivation in young people. The project was intended not only to raise awareness of the existence of many opportunities, but also to arouse curiosity and motivate them to act, so active activities that stimulate creativity, which is one of the key features of an entrepreneur, are an important element. By giving them practical advice, appreciating them, we motivate them to act, to constantly develop and look for new solutions, in particular those that can help deal with the climate catastrophe. By presenting examples of our cooperation with local eco-entrepreneurs, we allowed for a real statement of "successes" and "failures" that we have to deal with on a daily basis, as well as the benefits of socially engaged businesses. We are expanding global awareness of "One Planet" and shared responsibility for it. Only by building peace in the world - in these turbulent times, we can think about protecting the environment and improving the quality of life.
