Project “Stronger Together” was aimed to cover three main topics: European identity and values of democracy; inclusive democratic participation and Media literacy. Main objectives of the project were: - To learn about the importance of cooperation based on the EU experience in joining its peoples to work together, to understand the Euroscepticism in present political environment across the EU. - To research more about "fake news" - spreading of the misinformation on the Internet and how it can affect democracy. - Addressing the concept of the democratic values and inclusion in the work of local governments – why is it important for our voices to be heard. - Dive into the functioning of the local budgets and the idea of its planning and distribution to the local initiatives. Why is it vital to vote for the local budget? - Exercises in critical thinking, debate sessions, organizing and conducting the discussion of current events and controversial issues. These objectives were addressed with the help of different practical activities undertaken during the course of the youth exchange.
