Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego i Ustawicznego in Sosnowiec at 64 Grota Roweckiego Street is a modern educational institution whose priority is to to ensure and provide students and listeners with the possibility to acquire solid vocational education and qualifications desired on the labor market. It also aims at boosting students’ employment opportunities as well as inspiring them to take creative actions, develop their talents and passions, plan their career paths and build their own unique brand. The main aim of this project was the increase and development of linguistic and vocational abilities of the participants as well as learning about foreign culture and people, developing work group skills. increasing the learning outcomes and preparing students to enter the local and European labour market. The objectives of the project were: - to increase professional industry knowledge, - to expand the knowledge about innovations in the catering industry, - to inspire and give the opportunity to see the work environment in the industry of another country, - to expand the specialist knowledge necessary to work in the catering industry, - to develop selected skills necessary for functioning in the catering industry.
