The main objective of our project was to fight against the prevailing society's image of a disabled person, who is seen as weak, unable to work and develop, unable to do anything or able to do nothing. They are also seen as having no interests, skills or talents. We wanted to show a real image and break stereotypes about disabled people. The second important aim of the project was to show the disabled themselves that they can develop and break down barriers in themselves or their families. We achieved the above goals through handicraft workshops with the participation of disabled people, an artistic performance for the local community, and recording a spot with the participation of the Foundation's beneficiaries.
