We highlighted to society the importance of volunteerism in our communities on a social, economic, and personal level through the "Volunteering Now" project. We demonstrated how volunteers may enhance our quality of life and how they play a vital role in society and local communities. The goals would not be accomplished without them, making them one of society's most significant components. Our strong awareness of the worth of volunteering for everyone on the planet and our observations of how society seems to interpret volunteers and their roles in society served as the primary inspiration for initiating the project. They don't appear to cherish, consider, or promote volunteerism. By putting this idea into action, we encouraged volunteers to continue their work, motivating youth to start volunteering and raising awareness of the importance and advantages of volunteering. The project's goals were achieved during the project. 1. To show the importance of volunteerism and the economic value of the work volunteers. 2. To show the social and personal value people gain when they volunteer. 3. To increase public awareness of the benefit and contribution of volunteers 4. To promote volunteerism and youth engagement in civic life 5. To motivate people to make a commitment to volunteer work and to maintain or increase their current level of involvement. 6. To develop participants’ knowledge regarding different types of volunteering and to increase their soft and social skills 7. To promote Erasmus + opportunities The project encouraged volunteerism. It showed to youth that being a volunteer is satisfying in and of itself and frequently serves as a catalyst for change in people's lives. Through volunteering, a crucial component of active citizenship, people may engage with society, contribute positively, and simultaneously learn new skills and gain experience that will increase their employability and make them more valuable in the long run.
