The aim of the project was to activate young people from post-industrial areas in the field of air protection activities and to increase their awareness of the importance of plants for improving air quality. The project was aimed at exchanging experiences and integrating peers from different countries who had different levels of air pollution. Through the implementation of the project, we also wanted to increase the involvement of young people in activities for the local community and show that their actions can have a real impact on the surrounding reality. The exchange involved discussion, workshops and exchange of good practices. Young people expressed their willingness to develop soft skills by conducting social campaigns using available informal education tools that help them spread ideas and environmental education in their countries.
