-The aim of the project was to raise the awareness of young people about the protection of water resources in Europe, to share ideas on how to save water on a small private and large national scale, and to encourage them to actively engage in environmental protection activities. To this end, we decided to use a variety of scientific methods, such as informal education methods and the exchange of experiences, to effectively reach young people. One of the key elements of our project was to engage participants in national and mixed groups in creating workshops and presentations on the history of water in partner countries, as well as searching for statistical data and creating scientifically valuable presentations aimed at increasing people's awareness of the current dramatic situation of water resources. The second important aspect of the project was to enable young people from different countries to get to know each other's cultures and exchange experiences. Through this interaction, the participants had the opportunity to understand how different approaches to water protection exist in different countries and what challenges each of them faces. This, in turn, may have contributed to enriching their perspectives and inspiring them to take action to protect waters. The project contributed to the involvement of young people in the topic of protecting water resources by educating them and encouraging them to act for a better environmental future for Europe. As a result of the project, young people reaped many benefits. The main gains include: - Expanding knowledge on the protection of water resources and civic activity. - Expanding horizons through contact with peers from different countries and cultures, which contributed to a more global view of water protection issues. - Increase of social skills and development of creativity through participation in workshops. - Build confidence through teamwork and public performances during presentations. - Acquisition of organizational skills during the preparation of workshops and presentations
