The exchange was the result of mental moods caused by the pandemic. The phenomenon was also visible in our families and peer groups - there was a very gloomy atmosphere that was not conducive to maintaining mental balance. We saw a great need for young people to acquire new useful competences and skills in coping with stress. For these reasons, the idea to implement workshops of the Youth in Harmony project was born. It was time to draw attention to the role that Europe's youth play in building a better future - greener, more inclusive and more digital. Our Youth in Harmony project provided opportunities to learn, share our vision, meet our peers and engage in concrete action. The project goals were: - discovering what balance and harmony mean to all of us, especially what the balance of body and mind is and how to achieve it arrive; we achieved this through sessions with questions, coaching and keeping a gratitude journal and mindfulness. - acquiring new competences related to mastering mindfulness techniques by implementing them in your everyday life life to better understand your emotions and deal with stress - acquiring new competences related to improvisation theater and intuitive painting - learning the elements of yoga and how to use them in everyday life (prevent aggression) - increasing international integration with young people struggling with various challenges and difficulties
