We chose the topic of movement and physical activity because we believe that it is a very important issue in the lives of young people (or at least it should be). it's not all our peers, they move so often or do sports. During the exchange, we wanted to think about the reasons for the reluctance to sport and extra exercise. We wanted to realize what turns us on in the fact that we do sports and whether we can promote this "something" among our colleagues. We explored the topic of nutrition, food gives us the necessary energy, so it is important where this energy comes from. In addition, we learned about our cultures (Polish, Latvian, Ukrainian and Russian), history, stereotypes and how we see each other. For many of us, it was the first contact with another culture. The goals of our project were: - promoting movement among young people by developing a list of "encouragers" to movement and physical activity - promoting healthy eating among young people by creating a list of healthy (and tasty) dishes - getting to know Polish, Latvian (and a bit of Russian and Ukrainian) culture through spending 8 days together and organizing cultural evenings - development of language skills (English language), thanks to daily conversations in English, throughout the duration of the exchange - learning new methods of movement / working with the body / through the organization of joint physical activities
