In the course of the project we mainly wanted to answer questions about entrepreneurship, i.e. how to enter and stay on the labour market? How to deal with unemployment in crisis situations? What creative and profitable jobs and activities can we come up with, so that we always have an alternative? What ideas can we have for our own business? How should we defend ourselves against job loss, or how should we create new strategies in such a situation? The aim of the project was to: - to shape entrepreneurial attitudes among young people; - Encouraging activity on the labour market, especially through setting up one's own business; - developing the habits of planning, looking ahead and in a broad perspective on one's life, and being consistent in achieving one's goals; - learning to plan one's own career path; - developing creative thinking and action awareness; - motivation to act, raising self-esteem; - opening up thinking about entrepreneurship in a regional, national and European context; - improving language skills; - fostering a sense of community, belonging to the European Union; - exchange of experience between young people and organisations - To increase young people's interest in learning through different methods, in learning outside formal education; - To increase respect for different cultures and opinions; - increased knowledge of other cultures; - Prevention of stereotypes
