The main objective of the bilateral Youth Exchange project "Our Human Family is Completed when Everyone is INCLUDED!" was to develop young people's competencies and knowledge in outdoor education so they could lead a healthy lifestyle. The project aimed to give the participants an intensive self-experience, teach them about the usage of outdoor education techniques and methods, and promote a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, the project aimed to increase multicultural competencies among participants and strengthen relationships between partner organizations and youth from the partner organization network. The project also aimed to increase the competencies of partner organizations in using outdoor education in youth work and their capacity to cooperate for future projects. The project was directly linked to the specific objective of the Erasmus+ program: Inclusion and Diversity. The project aimed to promote equal opportunities and access, inclusion, diversity, and fairness among youth, those who are related to different kinds of barriers such as disabilities, health problems, education or social challenges. Another objective of the project was to address the problem of sedentary life and its impact on the health of the youngsters. The project aimed to offer solutions by promoting non-formal and informal learning mobility and active participation among young people. The project also aimed to promote sport and outdoor, eco-related activities and meet the tenth European Youth Goal of 'Sustainable Green Europe'.
