With our project, we wanted to increase research competences in the field of astronomy among at least 20 young people aged 14-19 from Poland and Turkey. We defined our specific objectives as follows: 1. to increase linguistic competence, cooperation in an international group among project participants; 2. to increase the ability to organise their own international exchange among project participants; 3. to facilitate access to international initiatives for at least 15 people with fewer opportunities; 3. to increase the level of knowledge and familiarity with other cultures and religions among project participants and 60 people from their surroundings. 4. to increase the knowledge of astronomy among 60 people from the surroundings of the project participants. In our project we achieved all of our objectives. We wanted our exchange to give participants the opportunity to work together in an international group using English. Our motivation was also to fight against prejudices operating in our communities.
