Take An Action" is a project that promotes environmental responsibility and social inclusion by taking a holistic approach to sustainability in youth work. The course was designed to pay close attention to ecological awareness and environmental education by identifying practical actions that directly contribute to the sustainability of learning mobilities. The needs and issues we address: Climate change as an issue will affect the lives of future generations and now is the time to educate youth and find innovative and engaging ways to shift their approaches and behaviors in a sustainable direction. As youth workers, we can have a direct impact by finding ways. In developing the project and discussing it with partners, we see the need to develop and test methods so that youth workers actually know how to work with the issue. Short-term events only have a short-term sustainable impact. We want to motivate youth workers to think in a long-term perspective and develop activities to make this possible, together with the creation of a long-term international support network. We find it difficult to reach groups with fewer opportunities. The project is designed to support youth workers to take the first step. To achieve the goal of our project, we have set the following objectives: -Raise awareness among youth about the importance of environmental issues and sustainable living. -To equip youth workers with innovative methods and tools on sustainability and to support them to respond in innovative ways to environmental and social issues and to transfer this to their work. -To provide space to discuss the specificities of working with disadvantaged groups and to develop innovative ideas that effectively support work with these groups. -To give youth workers the opportunity to develop non-formal learning activities on the given topics, to carry them out in a safe environment and to receive feedback on their work. -To create an international support network of youth workers who are able to share practical tips and methods on sustainability in youth work. - promote the Erasmus+ programme.
