For the Organizing Organizations: - Motivated teams: the goal for the future, after the end of the project, is to have motivated and capable teams of youth workers who are willing to develop future projects and can deliver better support to their respective organizations, so strengthening the capacity of the organizing organizations and also motivate young participants to join the organizations. - Independent adults: to enable groups of adults to work more independently in seeking future organizational improvements, reducing the need for direct organizational support. This increased autonomy would lead to more flexible and self-sustaining organizational structures. - Engaged youth: to cultivate a group of involved young people who are motivated to participate in projects at local and European levels. This would mean that they believe in their capacities, are willing to develop new skills related to the project topic, and are open to exploring various transversal topics.
