The idea behind the project is to strengthen young people's awareness of the importance of good communication, both at the level of personal and professional relations and international dialogue. The goal is to create a joint program for the three NGOs and produce a creative message by young people, who will become ambassadors of the European culture of dialogue. Observing the downward trend in the level of public debate in Europe over the last decade and the social divisions over differences in worldviews, we want to equip young people with: tools to confront social polarisation, in a way that is safe for them; - high communication skills; - the ability to engage in respectful dialogue and understanding towards people with different views or from a different culture; - the ability to speak out on the culture of dialogue; - space to express expectations for the future of the EU The activities we will undertake will directly involve 30 young people from three countries: Latvia, Poland, Slovenia. The activities that our NGOs will undertake will be to conduct workshops in their own countries based on coaching techniques and discussions, and to organise a three-day international youth meeting during which the 30 participants will take part in interactive theoretical lectures and create promotion of our ideals. Specyfic objectives: a) Personal - to strengthen communication and interpersonal competences, valuable in the labour market; b) Social - to strengthen the young generation of Europeans who will be able to participate responsibly and consciously in public debate, take part in elections, propose solutions and express their expectations of the level of debate and culture of dialogue on the European political scene. To become local leaders, promoting the value of dialogue as an expression of respect towards others and, internationally, building peace and stable development. c) Civic - "learning to participate" (YOUTH PARTICIPATION). To increase young people's interest in participatory and democratic activities and to strengthen their awareness of their value as EU citizens.
