Project KA 171 2022 was aimed at the exchange of staff from Poznan University of Technology (PUT) and partner universities from third countries not associated with the Erasmus+ Programme. The original funding agreement indicated 20 universities from 14 countries (including PUT), but ultimately the mobilities were carried out by staff from 13 universities from 11 countries (including PUT). The main objective of the project was to strengthen the existing cooperation with partner HEIs from countries not associated with the Erasmus+ Programme. Particularly important was the exchange of teaching staff, who, by strengthening contacts with professors from partner universities, were able to work together on new teaching and research solutions that could be implemented in future years. In addition, visits by administrative staff made it possible to pass on good practices implemented at the universities and to strengthen relations between the corresponding units of universities. The implementation of the project constituted the fulfilment of strategic objectives in the field of internationalisation enshrined in the Development Strategy of Poznan University of Technology 2021-2030.
