Objectives

The aim of the project was to continue and expand cooperation with third countries not associated with the programme, from the following regions: the Western Balkans, Eastern Partnership, Asia, Central Asia, the Pacific, Latin America, the Caribbean, the USA, and Canada. AGH University aimed to increase the number of student and staff mobilities, both outgoing and incoming, which had a tangible impact on improving the quality of education and the professional competences of participants. The project also contributed to the internationalisation of the University, the development of cooperation under double degree agreements and future educational projects, the acquisition of new partners, and the implementation of the Knowledge Triangle: education–research–innovation. An important aspect was ensuring equal access to mobility opportunities, including for individuals with fewer opportunities, as well as sharing the knowledge and skills gained with the AGH community and beyond. All these activities align with the principles of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education, the national strategy for the internationalisation of higher education for 2015–2030, and AGH’s institutional strategy.
