The Erasmus+ KA171-2022 project is a continuation of mobility activities implemented by Jan Długosz University in Czestochowa (JDU) in cooperation with universities from third countries not associated with the program. The project's objectives for its participants and universities include: - enhancing the linguistic, social, and intercultural competences of scholarship holders; - increasing the opportunities for exchange participants on the job market and/or development opportunities within the employing institution; - establishing professional and scientific contacts; - learning about current trends and technologies in education, exchanging good practices with specialists from partner institutions; - participating in international training courses and workshops; - internationalizing the sending institution; - learning about new methods and tools useful in managing the educational institution; - supporting digital transformation and social inclusion; - inspiring students and staff and providing assistance in fulfilling their passions, dreams of professional career and success, and implementing development plans; - building partnerships and cooperation networks.
