The purpose of the project was to continue the internationalization process of the beneficiary university by increasing the number and improving the quality of implemented student and staff mobility. The project involved the development of professional and interpersonal competencies of the university's teaching and administrative staff, which contributed to improving the quality of teaching and student service. In the case of students, the implementation of mobility contributed to the development of their interpersonal skills, increased self-reliance, openness to change and the acquisition of valued international experience that strengthens their position in the labor market. The project has improved processes and infrastructure related to handling mobility and disseminating program results. The project has played a key role in the strategic development of the WSB University, supporting the creation of a modern and open academic environment in which international mobility plays one of the key roles, bringing personal and institutional benefits.
