The project aimed to support scientific, educational and professional development at both the University of Zielona Góra (UZ) and partner universities with which UZ cooperates. We sought to exchange knowledge, experience and good practices, shape attitudes, improve participants' competences and build lasting international cooperation skills. The objectives of the project were: • to support students and university staff in foreign mobility, • to develop internationalisation by strengthening existing and establishing new cooperation with partner universities, • improve the professional, language, social and soft skills of participants (e.g. foreign language skills, entrepreneurship, cultural, environmental and digital awareness). The project was in line with the strategic objectives of the University of Zielona Góra, which aim to increase international exchange of students and staff, increase the number of international projects, strengthen international cooperation and develop initiatives supporting equal opportunities and sustainable development. Through its implementation, the UZ and its partner universities aim to increase their visibility, the quality of education and their position in the European and global educational space.
