The Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk implemented a project under agreement no. 2022-1-PL01-KA171-HED-000072249 in cooperation with four partner institutions: the University of Montenegro (Montenegro), L.E.P.L. Apollon Kutateladze Tbilisi State Academy of Art (Georgia), Lviv National Academy of Arts (Ukraine), and the Mongolian National University of Arts and Culture (Mongolia). The first three institutions are long-standing partners of the Beneficiary, while the fourth – the largest public art university in Mongolia – is a new partner in KA171-type projects. This project was designed to support the strategic goals of the Academy by enabling participants to develop innovative artistic and design solutions and to implement new teaching methods tested by partner institutions. Academic mobilities were intended to better prepare participants for the demands of the labor market, to strengthen their intercultural competences, and to enhance their ability to operate in complex socio-economic contexts. The project also aimed to improve the standard of participant support, increase mobility within the higher education system, and assist partner institutions in carrying out tasks related to mobility implementation.
