The implementation of mobility activities within the framework of cooperation with partner countries is in line with the strategic objectives of the Academy related to the internationalization of educational offer and exchange of knowledge and experience in the field of shaping students' leadership competences and defining educational programmes dedicated to future EU and NATO officers. Thanks to the project activities, the beneficiaries gain an opportunity to increase their professional potential based on the achievements and knowledge of recognized American universities and to broaden their language skills. Beneficiaries also learn and respect the cultural differences of the host country and gain the opportunity to strengthen their ability to cooperate in international teams. In a broad perspective, cooperation with American universities under the Erasmus+ programme leads to an improvement in the quality of education, the aim of which is to prepare the staff for cooperation within the international military structures and systematic expansion of the teaching offer of the institution through the implementation of lectures by invited representatives of partner universities.
