In implementing the KA171_2022 project, we aimed to significantly enhance the internationalization of Civitas University, regarded as a key element of the university’s development strategy. The project focused on academic staff mobility, which enabled the strengthening of institutional and substantive cooperation at the teaching level with partners outside Europe. These activities allowed participants to directly develop their professional and teaching competencies during visits to partner universities and indirectly through interactions with visiting lecturers at Civitas university. This facilitated the exchange of experiences and best practices, broadened the academic and cultural perspectives of the staff, enhanced the university’s international reputation, and laid a solid foundation for further academic collaboration at a global level.
