The aim of the Erasmus+ KA171-2022 project implemented by Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology was to develop educational mobility in higher education with universities from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine, India, and the USA. Within the 17 bilateral agreements signed, the focus was placed on cooperation with key partners: East Carolina University, Stepan Gzhytskiy National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnologies Lviv, International Black Sea University, and Marwadi University. The project planned 29 mobilities (STA, SMS), of which 13 were carried out, due to limitations related, among others, to the pandemic. The mobilities aimed to develop the teaching and professional competences of staff, improve foreign language proficiency, broaden knowledge of other cultures, and support the internationalization of the university. The project contributed to increasing the attractiveness of Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology and partner institutions, strengthening cooperation, creating new areas of joint activities, and building mobility capacity in partner countries.
