The aim of the mobility project, funded by external policy funds (KA171-HED), was to support international academic cooperation and increase access to higher education for groups with fewer opportunities, such as students and staff of universities in Ukraine, affected by the crisis. We aimed to enable participants to develop international, academic, and professional competencies through participation in educational and professional mobility in Poland. We also aimed to build lasting partnerships between higher education institutions in Poland and Ukraine, aimed at exchanging knowledge and teaching experiences, developing research, and jointly promoting innovation in education. The project also aimed to enrich the academic community with new cultural perspectives and support the integration of Ukrainian participants into the Polish academic system, contributing to equal opportunities in access to education and the labor market.
