The primary objective of the participation of the University of Białystok, as the beneficiary, together with 13 partner higher education institutions from six regions, was to contribute to the achievement of strategic priorities set out in the University of Białystok Development Strategy 2022–2030, as well as in the internationalisation and development strategies of the partner institutions. These priorities included: strengthening cooperation with international partners; enhancing the qualifications and competences of academic staff (in particular in foreign language proficiency and the ability to deliver courses in foreign languages); improving the quality of education; establishing and sustaining international partnerships; engaging in international projects; supporting student development through international mobility; and increasing the number of incoming international students. The implementation of the project has significantly contributed to the internationalisation of UwB and the partner institutions, enhanced their visibility and competitiveness on the international level, and supported the professional and personal growth of students and staff. It also provided participants with valuable international experience.
