As part of the KA171 2022 project, Opole University of Technology achieved a number of key objectives related to the internationalization of the university and the development of academic competencies. These included: • continuing to build an international academic environment and promoting the university’s internationalization, including so-called "internationalization at home"; • enhancing the competencies of students and staff in the areas of: proficiency in English and other foreign languages and intercultural education and personal development; • increasing the effectiveness of teaching, research, and administrative work; • developing and strengthening cooperation with non-EU international partners; • supporting integration processes and fostering intercultural understanding within the academic community; • enhancing the university’s visibility on the international stage.
