The implementation of the project mobility of students and university employees between the program countries and partner countries was for us an element of the implementation of the strategy of internationalization of our university, which assumes, among others, strengthening the image of the university as a modern academic center. The project allowed us to exchange staff and lecturers with countries outside the European Union, such as Pakistan, India, Kosovo, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Egypt. Thanks to participation in the project, we have activated international cooperation in the field of research and education and increased the competences of academic teachers. By participating in the project, UwS has achieved the following objectives:. 1. Providing our academic staff with access to training and exchange of didactic and scientific experience at the international level.. 2. Educating creative Europeans who are able to cooperate in an international environment.. 3. To provide our academic community with opportunities to develop professional and language skills in an international context.. 4. Increasing academic exchanges with countries outside the European Union.
