By implementing project "Mobility for higher education students and staff supported by external policy funds (KA171)", our primary objective was to strengthen the process of internationalisation at our institution and to create genuine opportunities for academic exchange with partner countries outside the EU. Our aim was to enhance the quality of education by enabling students to acquire new competences, academic and language skills, as well as to develop intercultural sensitivity and the ability to operate in an international environment. For staff, we sought to enrich their teaching and research experience, strengthen their capacity to apply innovative teaching methods, and promote the exchange of good practices in higher education management. The project also aimed to build lasting partnerships with foreign universities and institutions, thereby contributing to the increased visibility of our University on a global scale, the development of scientific cooperation, and the mutual transfer of knowledge. As a result, the project supports the advancement of competences across the entire academic community, while at the same time reinforcing the University’s competitive position in the international arena.
