The project is fully aligned with the approved Strategy Document for 2021–2025 and was designed to achieve both quantitative and qualitative objectives. Quantitative goals were reached at 90.0%, while qualitative goals were fully accomplished thanks to the careful selection of participants, relevant thematic focus, and early involvement of partner institutions. The implementation included STA, STT, and SMS mobilities, during which lectures, seminars, and classes were held at the University of Agriculture and at partner universities. Both staff and students from various Faculties, as well as international institutions, took part in the activities. Teaching delivered by incoming and outgoing lecturers and students provided significant educational value and contributed to the professional growth of participants. Moreover, mobility participants engaged in conferences, meetings, and academic events, establishing lasting scientific and business contacts. Strategically, the project supports the internationalization of the University of Agriculture, strengthens its recognition abroad, and fosters expanded cooperation with foreign partners, which will continue beyond the project’s completion.
