The aim of the project, in accordance with the agreement between the Medical University of Wrocław (UMW) and the National Agency of the Erasmus+ Programme, was to realise student and staff mobility with universities from Albania, Brazil, Georgia and Ukraine: University of Medicine-Tirana, Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, Caucasus International University and Lviv National Medical University. 16 out of 19 planned mobilities were realised.Due to the war in Ukraine and the resignation of qualified persons, 3 mobilities could not be realised. The project aimed to improve the quality of education, develop innovative programmes and modernise higher education through international cooperation. Students were to gain knowledge and new international and cultural experiences by being in an environment of other Erasmus+ students from all over Europe.Academic teachers, through lectures and training, were to benefit from the mobility, exchanging experiences both in the process of education in the field and in research. Through the project we also wanted to support the internationalisation strategy of the participating higher education institutions, both UMW and the partner universities.This was another UMW project with partner countries.
