One of the main objectives of the project was to support internationalisation, which is essential for building a cohesive European and global academic, scientific, and cultural space. The initiative aimed to equip students, doctoral students, and staff of the Jagiellonian University with the skills and knowledge needed to operate effectively in international academic environments. A strong emphasis was placed on developing lasting partnerships with foreign institutions, enabling student and doctoral mobility for study and traineeships, and staff participation in teaching and training mobilities. These activities fostered experience sharing and the implementation of innovative academic practices. The project was open to the entire university community and supported the development of both theoretical and practical competencies, including language proficiency and intercultural awareness, contributing to greater openness and adaptability.
