The main objective of Bialystok University of Technology’s participation in the project was to give the institution a European dimension, enhance the level and quality of education at our university, and improve the professional, language, and interpersonal competencies of both staff and students. The aim was also to modernize and internationalize the institution through cooperation with foreign partners and the exchange of best practices. Staff and student mobilities carried out at Bialystok University of Technology under the Erasmus+ Programme, both outgoing and incoming, constitute one of the pillars of our university's internationalization. By intensifying such activities and supporting the integration of communities from different countries coming to our university, we contribute to the creation of the European Education Area. An additional goal of the project was to maintain the outcomes achieved through many years of involvement in Erasmus+ projects and to ensure their sustainability. A key priority for the university was to strengthen competencies in the field of digital technologies and communication, which took on a whole new significance during the pandemic and have become a permanent part of both the teaching process.
