The main objective of the project was to strengthen partnerships with foreign universities and expand the cooperation network, in line with strategic goals of Lodz University of Technology. Project activities contributed to internationalisation of TUL academic community and enhanced its international recognition. The granted funds enabled student and staff mobility, which allowed the continuity of cooperation and made it possible to assess its potential expansion with specific partners. Staff mobility facilitated the establishment of contacts with partner institutions, exchange of experiences and best practices, as well as improvement of language and soft skills. Academic staff became acquainted with curricula and teaching methods of partner universities, which contributed to the development of their didactic competencies.Administrative staff gained insight into various aspects of university management, which fostered deeper cooperation and planning of joint initiatives. Incoming students broadened their knowledge and interests in selected areas. Participation in the project increased their motivation and opportunities to engage in educational and research initiatives and enhanced their competitiveness in the global labour market.
