Background

We applied for the project because we wanted to open the Partners to activities in a broader, European educational dimension. Polish organizations have noticed the need to prepare staff to conduct activities related to digital education of older people, people with disabilities and people with low key competencies. They wanted to prepare an educational offer that would combine pro-ecological activities, outdoor activities with the use of digital competences and the use of mobile applications. The partner from Italy, responding to our invitation and getting acquainted with our proposal, noticed the complementarity of his needs in relation to the skills and experience that organizations from Poland can provide him with. The project responded to the needs reported and noticed by the employees of the Association and the Foundation, who drew attention to the need to improve educational skills in the field of digital education and computer science and combining it with ecological education and methods enabling the use of local nature resources to work with people with fewer opportunities.
