Objectives

The primary goal of the project was to enhance the accessibility of educational services for students with varying educational requirements while sharing knowledge in the area of conscious facility management. This would ensure that everyone has equitable and efficient access to education. By collaborating with Polish and Spanish partners, valuable experience was exchanged and effective teaching methods were defined in the field:  assistance in recognizing the needs and capabilities of students,  selection of effective working methods and didactic means,  assistance in the development and implementation of the development support program,  acquiring the ability to assess each student's individual needs, selecting appropriate teaching tools, and tailoring a personalized training plan,  conducting open lessons in order to exchange experiences, develop common methods of work,  organization of consultations to support teachers. Implementation of the project serves as a gateway for European students and teachers to meet their educational needs. The implementation of the project broadened the range of educational opportunities available to students with special needs. Our goal has been achieved

Background

The implementation of the project enabled SASP to support the needs defined in the SU: 1) enhancing professional and linguistic competencies of teachers, 2) introducing teachers to specific European values, 3) establishing partnerships with European countries, particularly Spain, 4) exchanging experiences with teachers and educational organizations in Spain, 5) learning about learning and teaching strategies for inclusive education, 6) gaining insight into European curricula, 7) fostering openness to multicultural civic education. The target group of the project was the management of schools affiliated with SASP. The project was implemented in Spain in partnership with Euromind. The project's foundations were based on a needs analysis conducted during the October 2022 conference, revealing the essential requirements for institutional development in the implementation of inclusive education in technical schools. SASP, as an association supporting technical education in Silesia, has now established itself as an institution that follows the best European practices in this field.
