Our school is a small institution attended by 90 students from a rural area. They encounter difficulties in personal and educational development, have limited access to developing artistic and social competences, as well as to acquiring non-formal knowledge. The project responded to these challenges, offering new opportunities and perspectives for students. While implementing the project, participants had the opportunity to meet online and during mobility. Direct meetings were considered a key element that allowed for gaining experience and knowledge. Partnerships with other schools with similar interests, especially in the area of theater and digital technology, enabled the exchange of knowledge and experiences. Students had the opportunity to develop their passions, especially theater, and participate in creating and presenting art at various local, national and European levels. The project contributed to expanding knowledge about the European community. The cooperation brought benefits through the exchange of knowledge, experiences and the implementation of fascinating ideas related to art and digital work. The project contributed to the individual development of students and the creation of an international school partnership
