Objectives

Our objectives were intended to respond to various needs felt at AEF, focusing more on the teacher's action, as a facilitator of the learning development process and less on the students' action. We intended for students, especially from the Scientific-Humanistic Courses, which are the most numerous at AEF, to experience a teaching and learning experience in a foreign school, in order to motivate participants and, through them, other students, to learn in formal and informal context. In this sense, we present 5 objectives, taking into account the needs and profile of the participants to be involved. These objectives were as follows: Increase motivation for the participation of CCH students and school teachers in European training experiences and contribute to reducing school dropout rates; Increase the use of innovative and sustainable techniques by at least one teacher; Increase the use of digital technologies in the teaching and learning process; Improve the management of the school organization; Contribute to the environmental awareness of the school community.
