After surveying institutional needs, 3 structuring objectives were outlined for this project "AE Maximinos in Europe - more and better learning": 1. School Success, Inclusion and Qualitative Improvement of Learning 2. Management for educational success 3. Promotion of Education / Digital Transformation These objectives were designed to address specific institutional needs and contribute to broader educational and organizational goals by implementing structured activities and pedagogical strategies that align with these targets.

School Success, Inclusion and Qualitative Improvement of Learning 2. Management for educational success 3. Promotion of Education / Digital Transformation Furthermore, the areas and results where these would affect were identified with a record of the respective data collection and its sources. Activities (structured courses & job shadowing) were selected for 18 months, which produced results, in accordance with the aforementioned objectives and ideal profile of participants to involve. The results, once achieved, are progressively being integrated into our pedagogy and management practices, in order to meet the identified needs.
