Seeking not only to improve academic outcomes but also to cultivate essential socio-emotional and behavioural skills such as empathy, resilience, collaboration, and leadership, preparing students to become active and engaged citizens in their communities. Aiming to strengthen partnerships with other educational institutions and international organizations, facilitating the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and best practices and promoting a broader and deeper understanding of global issues. The context of the project and our organization are interconnected. We are an organization located in a rural environment, geographically and culturally, but in recent years it has become a "dormitory" in the capital that has been receiving citizens from 3 dozen nationalities and that is why it struggles between tradition and expansion. On the other hand, around 50% of our school community struggles with financial problems and integration difficulties, whether economic, social or cultural. We registered many learning difficulties, proven by the quality of success.
