Objectives

Our School aims to improve the quality of the professional training it offers to respond to the need for continuous improvement in the results of the EQAVET framework indicators. We intend to implement new procedures in the preparation, negotiation, elaboration and monitoring of Individual Work Plans. This way we will be able to respond to suggestions that the host entities have made to us and simultaneously increase the level of satisfaction of potential employers with the skills of our graduates. The possibility of collaboration with schools and FCT entities in the European space represents not only an opportunity to incorporate innovative good practices into our FCT management processes but also an opportunity to create conditions for the involvement of students/trainees in transnational FCT experiences , with relevant and meaningful learning that simultaneously promotes their autonomy. The majority of trainees come from a more disadvantaged economic and social background and to provide them with the possibility of experiencing and contacting another culture and other ways of doing things will contribute decisively to their development as individuals and better professionals.
