The needs of AE Maximinos are aligned with the objectives of the Erasmus+ Program and in this regard, we must improve and update the methods and approaches used in teaching and training, prioritize more effective activities for the benefit of communities, improve practices, allowing involvement of disadvantaged groups, improve management skills, training in 21st century methods and sharing and experimenting with good practices in this area of professional training in order to achieve the objectives of the European Strategy. AE Maximinos needs to respond to qualification and integration needs in the national job market, in which the teaching/learning process prioritizes the development of students' technical capabilities and skills, through the development of personal and professional components, and believes that an internship international becomes an added value for the beneficiary and the region.
