The project objectives outlined in the application were: - Carrying out training in the work context of VET Sports Course lasting 280 hours, in a European context, outside of Portugal, which guaranteed the acquisition of skills, competencies and more enriching and qualified professional experience. For final year students, it represented the completion of compulsory education and certification as sports coaches. - Promote verbal and written communication and interaction in English using digital platforms and tools. The real need for communication between pairs of different nationalities was the trigger that led young people to successfully face this challenge, which “facilitated” the execution of tasks within the scope of mobility. - Learning based on collaborative work and in the field, in accordance with the exit profile of VET Sports Course, both in communicational attitudes, empathy and security, and in skills, such as: participating in the planning, organization and development of the training in sports, individual or collective, as well as organizing and promoting physical activity and sports sessions in different contexts.

As for our Project, at VET Sport Course, the internship, it is spread over 3 years with 120h, 200h and 280h respectively. The internship reflects the culmination of the learning and skills acquired. It is a moment eagerly awaited. Fulfilling this objective responds to the aforementioned needs, as it is comprehensive, equitable, inclusive, motivating and unforgettable for all who participate in it, as it takes place outside Portugal; promotes the acquisition of skills, competencies and more qualified and enriching professional experience. For 3rd year students, mobility represents the completion of compulsory education and level IV certification as sports technicians.
