Background

Given the importance attributed by CESPU to internationalization for learning purposes, it’s essential that Learning Course trainees and staff acquire new socio-professional skills, to promote sustainable growth, innovation and social cohesion. In this way, ERASMUS+ program helps to add value to the main objective of the Learning Courses, which is related to the fact of integrating trainees more effectively into the job market, enabling the acquisition and improvement of skills and techniques that enhance the demand for skilled workers, as well as promoting the completion of compulsory education and further studies. The fact that participants integrate into different cultures, as well as acquiring and sharing different methods to integrate into CE and progress in their careers, was essential to achieving proposed objectives. Thus, this project met the needs noted in the application, promoting international cooperation, through the implementation of good practices that promoted better results, as well as linguistic and relational/social skills.
