The aim of this project is to implement measures that facilitate the development of students, thereby improving their learning performance, enhancing their language skills in foreign languages, promoting broader career prospects and better employability opportunities, and fostering their entrepreneurial spirit. We believe that these changes will be fundamental in boosting our students' self-confidence and self-esteem, fostering values that contribute to greater intercultural awareness and, as a result, more active participation in society in general and a greater European consciousness. This internationalization project will enable our teachers to learn about new practices and teaching methodologies in different countries, expanding their understanding of international educational practices and systems, as well as their policies. With these international experiences, teachers will be able to share best practices and modernize their classroom capabilities. In doing so, we expect to see a significant increase in our teachers' level of knowledge, enabling them to provide more effective training for our students.
The application for this project aimed to create a bridge between the classroom and the job market through the internationalization of training in a work context. This approach is crucial for the renewal of pedagogical practices and to fulfill the role of the school in offering the best possible preparation for students for the job market. Through this international internship opportunity, students will have access to practical experiences that will enrich their professional training by applying the theoretical knowledge acquired in the classroom, thus becoming more competitive in an increasingly global job market. The Erasmus program offers many advantages and benefits for students. Firstly, there is a growing need for students who have advanced skills in other languages and cultures. By spending some time in a work environment abroad, students will be able to learn a new language, improve their knowledge, and practice their language skills daily.
